The first impressions I've got of this place was why are the ratings so low? We went into Northport and this restaurant was a hidden gem. I ordered the classic fish and chips a go to for any of those British royalty favorites. My girlfriend decided to get the chicken tenders, which is a classic as well. My friends also got some other items such as the burger and the French onion soup, which was all liked by all. The service was phenomenal. The food came out really quickly, but not just that but I asked for another bunch of tartar sauce and a lemonade and they both came back at the same time within the next 15 seconds. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at this restaurant and I think it deserves a little bit more credit for being at such a nice spot on the Northport shore but also having an amazing service team. I really applaud them for that. So if you're in the area and you want a nice spot to go to that has great service and that's chill and quiet then this is a must.

So here goes. It was a quiet Monday, but a beautiful day. The place looked busy but it wasn't. Everyone was seated far apart for privacy. Nice touch The waitress (yes one) was running and working hard. I asked multiple times for diffent things. Nothing to do with my order. Mold vinegar.. honey mustard. Wet naps. Each time she ran to get them. She busted her A... can I say ass here? The burger was perfectly cooked. I was shocked for a place where lobsters were rolling out of the kitchen they made a perfect burger. Nachos were good. For the price, best place in northport.

A Must have at feed and grain is the sesame encrusted tuna with a sweet sesame encrusted rice patty on a mound of seaweed salad and yummy maple roasted Brusselsprouts . So so yummy!

Be still my beating heart F&G. F&G deserves 5 stars and will forever now hold a special place in my heart and in my fiancé's heart. We arrived on the night of our engagement (even though I had no idea at the time he was about to propose) and we got right in with no issues. The food as usual was thoroughly enjoyable and the drinks were good. Little did I know right after dinner my beau was taking me over to the harbor to pop the question. F&G and Northport we love you! Especially on a beautiful summer night like the night my beau proposed. :)

Came for lunch with my mom on a Wednesday. My mom had the lobster special, it's a pound and a quarter lobster and baked potato for $22.99. The lobster was cooked perfectly and such a great deal! Will definitely be back for that! I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was also great! I got an extra side of the pesto aioli that I could eat all day. They have indoor and outdoor seating, the service was perfect and it was overall a great lunch spot and we'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a relaxing lunch for four in a recent Saturday. The restaurant was not too busy and the staff seem very relaxed and welcoming. Side note- place was very clean and here's a weird detail- the mirrors were so clean they fooled us into thinking they were glass. Point being- the restaurant was very well maintained. We enjoyed a generous burger with sides; substantial chicken wrap- definitely enough for two people; grilled chicken sandwich with pesto and burrata and a stuffed Philly cheese steak sandwich. This was accompanied by two nice tap beers and one of us had the spicy and refreshing Bloody Mary. This was a quiet Saturday which I don't expect is the same in the height of the summer but still- it was really good!
